Junior Kindy – Exploring Identity & Community (2–4 years)
Our Junior Kindy Rooms are where curiosity blossoms into confidence. At this stage, children are beginning to see themselves as part of a wider world — making friends, testing ideas, and discovering their unique voice. We support them every step of the way, celebrating each child’s milestones and encouraging a strong sense of belonging.
Ratios & Care
We ensure children are well supported in small group settings:
Junior Kindy 1 (2–3 years): up to 26 children with 5 nurturing educators
Junior Kindy 2 (3–4 years): up to 25 children with 3 dedicated educators
Learning & Play
Language, literacy, numeracy, and creativity are gently woven into each day through art, music, movement, and storytelling. Children are encouraged to ask questions, express their ideas, and explore their world with growing independence. Educators provide meaningful provocations and hands-on activities that inspire imagination and problem-solving.
Play-Based Discovery
Loose parts play, investigations, and experiments give children the chance to explore, test theories, and build resilience — while knowing caring educators are always close by to guide and encourage.
Our Philosophy in Action
Every child’s journey is unique, and we celebrate that. By supporting identity, resilience, and self-esteem, we help children develop not only skills for learning but also a strong sense of who they are and how they fit into their community.
In Junior Kindy, children are empowered to be curious, confident, and connected — in an environment where they feel safe, valued, and inspired to grow.
